Our history of providing people solutions began nearly two decades ago . . .

Formed in 1991 as DEL Technical Services and incorporated in 1993, our firm was initially focused on matching engineering and technical personnel with employment opportunities at Midwest companies. Over the years we have grown our services to provide people solutions across the country and around the world.

In 2009, we expanded our services to include two other specialized divisions: Accounting & Finance and Office. At that same time, our firm began doing business under the new corporate name of Per Sé Group, Inc–-with our engineering and technical division beginning to do business under the name Per Sé Engineering & Technical. (The change of names was motivated by several factors, one of which was that “DEL” had caused some confusion in the marketplace because of its similarity to “Dell” the computer company.)

Although our name has changed and our services have expanded, our management, mission, and values remain the same. The Per Sé Group, Inc. team looks forward to carrying on the legacy of providing people solutions—for many decades to come.
